- Undertake Training Needs Analysis (individual, team or corporate level)
- Undertake functional analysis and develop competency profiles or
occupational standards as a basis for N/SVQ
- Design HRD processes for the management and development of performance
(E.g. induction, mentoring, performance review)
- Provide recruitment services, including psychometric testing
- Design learning materials (workbook, video, etc)
- Design Competence Management Systems, with special expertise in the Rail Industry
- Support the implementation of N/SVQ
